Christopher is in a war with himself. 

After a car accident causes him to lose mobility in his legs, his world comes crashing down. Not only does his girlfriend Lena break up with him, he loses his status as his school's track star. Heartbroken and trapped in his mind and wheelchair, Christopher rekindles his love for the violin. But Christopher discovers magic in his violin: every time he plays it, he enters a new realm during his dreams. In this new world, Christopher meets a mysterious boy named Monty. Together, they will explore this new world, and Monty helps Christopher relearn the violin and recover from heartbreak.

George suffers from epilepsy which causes him to be bullied for that at school. After being humiliated in front of the whole school for being gay, the popular boy named Clay decides to stand up for him. Clay, suffering from diabetes with abusive and not supportive parents, does everything to help George get rid of the bullies while struggling a lot himself. The two start getting closer and closer until Clay starts realising he's more similar to George than he expected to be, wanting to be closer to him every day. But will George trust him after what happened before? Warnings: -Homophobia (usage F-slur) -(Emotional) abuse -Bullying Description about seizures, hypos and hypers (diabetes)+passing out
