Around the late 1990's, the famous laboratory of the Dixon Brothers was shut down when the government discovered that they used the workroom to research on newborn babies, orphans they had picked from the streets. They did not permit the rest of the country to know this. These kids were brought to an orphanage where they were each adopted and continued their lives. Until now.
