Three sisters named Combat, Sane, and Lune are out playing when they get news that their parents had been shot by an archer and have died. They are sent to live with their abusive aunt and uncle. They run away when they are to go and get groceries and live in hiding at their old house. They stay with each other, yet at the same time are all alone.
