Mason Gibbs is the sister of Leroy Jethro Gibbs and has been working with NCIS undercover for more than four years. Jethro hasn't seen her in a while and when she comes back to him. He is the big brother he missed being. Even when Mason wasn't there for the death of his wife or daughter he still knew she was there. 

When she meets Tony DiNozzo she doesn't know what to think of him but she knows what a good guy he is and so she goes out with him.
