Gone

Harper Woods is an average seventeen year girl, or at least she was. She was a normal seventeen year old girl until an incident changed her forever. The incident took all of her family members away except one, her twin brother, Finn Woods. Since Harper and Finn aren't legal adults yet they are forced to move in with their cheap excuse of a uncle. Uncle Crosby lives on the other side of the country, which is a good and bad thing. It's a good thing that maybe they will be safe, from the haunting truth of what happened in their hometown, but who wants to move across the country?
Harper and Finn are located to the small town Ridgeview in Oregon where they will start over. A fresh start sounds nice until you have to go to high school, being new sucks. The twins find themselves sitting at different tables during lunch, two completely different ranks. Finn of course is sitting at the popular table along with some jocks and of course the schools bad boy, Asher Johnson. While Harper is sitting with a group of "nerds" as most would call them.
What happens when Harper gets forced by her brother to go to a big party one of his jock friends is throwing? Or when she finds herself in a weird situation with her brothers new best friend, Asher?
Harper is already going though so much in her life, like for instance the incident that is haunting her thoughts at every moment. You'd think the world would give Harper a break for a while, but nope. The schools bad boy, aka her brothers new best friend, aka Asher has a new found interest in his best friends little sister. What is Harper going to do with the bad boy that just won't seem to leave her alone? Will she let Asher into her life or shut him out?
And most importantly will she be able to keep her past a secret? Will she be safe in the town of Ridgewood? Or will the past follow her there too?
