Story books have magical tales of love, bravery and overcoming the challenges in front of you; where the good guys always prevail and save the damsel in distress. Sadly this is no story book, in this tale a young boy named Lace is fighting to find a balance between wanting to live and let his scaring past take him. With his loyal friends Eric and Aaron at his side fighting to help him, they watch as their efforts are in vein and that they are slowly losing him; they are quickly realizing they are at a lost at what they should do next. Will the new faces of Andrew and Markus pushing their way into Lace’s life to become his friends, will this help Lace in the long run or only make things worse. With his surroundings changing and old as well as new faces coming to play in his life, will things get better? Or will they only spiral out of control?

Lace - He is the main character of the story, Lace is based off someone I know. Lace has crystal blue eyes, light blonde hair that lays to the shoulder it's normally in a pony tale or out of his face in some manner or another, he is 5'2 and his weight is 115lb. He wears mainly blue or black hoodies, jeans and carries a over the shoulder book bag. The cover of the book does show what I picture him to be, so there's a visual for you.
