"Because there's nothing you can do to stop what's coming." Willow swore he seemed to glow with power. "And by the end of the day, everyone you see around you will be dead."

"Oh cool! You have a talking tree on your team!" Peter shouts in amazement. "Why don't we have cool teammates like that?" He asks Tony as everyone else sort of looks on in slight awe and amusement.
"Well technically he doesn't really say much. Mainly just I and am and Groot." Quill pauses. "And he only says it in that order."
"Okay, I'm sorry but who the hell are you guys again?" Stephen demands.
"Didn't you hear us the first time? We're the Guardians of the Galaxy and we're here to kill Thanos."

The two rarely see each other but when they do it's filled with soft singing and dancing, broken hearts, and a jealous filled Bucky. But at the end of the day they find hope, in a train, as 'death' awaits one of them. But prior to all that, prior to when the problems truly begin, it starts with three teen best friends, Steven 'Steve' Rogers, James 'Bucky' Barnes, and Carmen Ripley, all living Brooklyn. Their friendship began with a football landing in swim loving teen, Carmen. And slowly their story moves to three adult best friends facing the problems of Earth.
