Everything is better. People smile now.
They don't think about what happened with Will Byers. No one wants to go through it again.
And that's why Will doesn't tell anyone about his dream. He knows that he can't go another sleepless night, but he can't risk ruining everyone's lives for a third time.
It doesn't help him when the dreams start to effect him when he's awake. And what's worse, Will realizes his feelings that he's kept locked up are starting to break out. And he doesn't know what to do.
