Alex and her family lived a normal and happy life, until her dads birthday, he steps out, and never returns. He left them. At least that's what the police think.
Her family drastically changes after that. They all grow apart, her brother becomes a party, carefree teenager. Her mom becomes lazy and drinks. Alex throws her self in her relationship and friendships, making them her family.
Alex refuses to believe her dad left them. She begins to investigate, stopping at nothing to know the truth.
In the end she finds out the truth. The question is though, did it set her free? Or just cause more ghosts to haunt her.
