Sidney and Scarlet were born as fraternal twins, and from the time they were able to recognize a face they loved each other immensely. They were the world to each other and nobody else mattered. When a vicious car crash rips Scarlet from her brother and family, Sidney is diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury. The doctor's say the brain damage will change Sidney's emotional behavior, but there's something that Sidney didn't tell them. He can see Scarlet. Sidney will grow up a lonely boy in a torn family with only the non-aging, spectral figure of his lost sister to accompany him. But she might not be the same Little Scarlet he always loved.
