Alexis Porter had a well thought out plan. She was going to find Peter Dennings, get what she came for and then go back to writing her masterpiece. After all how could a writer get any writing done while juggling two jobs.
So she walked up to him and demanded that he pay up, that he owed it to her and her mother for not being there all her life. But as required, by every plot ever, things obviously didn't go as planned. She was a 'writer' after all, she should've known.
So Alexis dived nose first into the the crazy turn of events brought in by the twist in the tale. With her Schrodinger's dad, his very alive very narcissistic cat, and a sense of adventure, she set out on the greatest venture of her life. For great writers are made of dramatic life events, aren't they?
