This book is basically about a story of a regular
guy whose life is turned upside down when he finds out his best friend is a psychic and has been placed as his guardian. In the midst of their crazy humorous training exercises or near death experiences, a war is being waged over dominance and good and evil are just words with no literal meaning and both have aspects of each other but indifferent this is my first write so hope you enjoy. This is a hostel story so mind the vulgar and graphic langauge

-Shapeshifter Au- Rain was hitting the windows of every nearby building and prompting the pedestrians to keep their heads under their umbrellas, hurrying home and not even looking at the storefront of your café. Why had your boss even scheduled you for a shift tonight? With weather like this, anyone craving hot chocolate would rather drink it at their own place. Sitting behind the counter and sulking, you decided to make a cup of coffee for yourself, no customer would come tonight anyway. Little did you know, but the kind of "shift" that was coming had nothing to do with work. You cleaned the counter and tables, packed your bag, and used your own key to lock up the café. Your body froze when you heard what sounded like whimpers in the alley next to the café. The streetlights cast long shadows, making it impossible for you to see clearly when you stepped forward. You let out a shriek as your phone slipped from your hand and hit the ground. A man was crouched down, his back facing you, but a dim light let you catch a glimpse of the blood soaking his back and shoulders. He turned around and you recognized him right away. His eyes. His hair. His freckles. Felix was standing right in front of you.
