The suspect and the Detective have been handcuffed together for investigation purposes. Though, one of the two males grow quite acustome to the idea of "handcuffs". So will they make a move, or let it be until the investigation is over and done with?
In this story, Light is innocent and Misa is the only Kira. Light is not aware of this whatsoever. The reason they are together is because they passed on the street and Misa became really attached. I know that description sucks, but please, I promise the real story is better.
