They grew together dahil na rin sa magkaibigang matalik ang mga magulang nila James Lester Alvarez at Beatrice Paige Rodriguez. They are also both famous sa university na pinapasukan nila. Paige for being the representative of the school everytime na may academic tournaments while James for being effortlessly handsome in short, hearthtrob. 

Everytime na magkikita silang dalawa walang ginawa si James kundi asarin si Paige na may gusto ito sa kanya, which is in fact true dahil way back noong mga bata pa sila ay accidentally nasabi nya dito na gusto nya ito.
