Lance falls for Katie at first glance. But Katie doesn't realize it. It's your typical unacquainted love story with two favorite paladins of mine. This is a highschool au, because there's never enough highschool aus. No description I can come up with will be good enough. Mainly because I suck ass at writing them.

Lance had accidentally messaged him and the two found themselves drawn to each other. But Lance refuses to open up. So the play the friendship game. Keith has to beat five levels to finally call himself Lance's friend. All Keith wants is to win Lance's heart, but first, he must win his friendship. The tables are soon turned when a mysterious girl messages Lance with a game of her own. A game of life and death. The only thing Lance receives if he wins this game is his life. In text format mostly in the beginning but around chapter 12 I start adding way more lit chapters. Will also have shallura and hidge, who will sink in the sequel so don't get too attached. They decided to move closer to the ocean because of Lance's sake. Why, you ask? Well Lance was gifted as the Ocean's Child. He can control the ocean with his emotions- which at times gets the best of him. As Pidge is accepted into the college she applied for- she meets Keith. A young boy, who turns out is their neighbor! As Pidge learns more about Keith, Lance becomes more dangerous as he doesn't seem to be taking a liking to Keith. But being the most sensible of the group, Hunk decides to keep Lance and Keith far away as possible. Magic Users and Blade Wielders coexisted together and attended one school. They still had old disagreements flowing through their blood, but that didn't stop some from befriending another student on the opposite course. It did stop Katie, though. She knew to not interfere with the petty students in the warrior course. She herself was in the Scholar Witch course. She wouldn't get along with someone so simpleminded. She did spend her time with Lance and Hunk, though. Hunk was from the Scholar Wizard course while Lance was in the Blade Warrior course. She could only handle him and his stupidity. Things were never meant to stay the same, and that's exactly what happened when a tall, broad warrior-course student paraded her life.
