Angels. Supernatural beings that represent light. Angels live among mortals and turn to full angels at the age of 18. Demons. The enemies of the angels. They are from our worst nightmares and reign terror everywhere they go. They live among mortals as well and undo the good things angels do. They turn at the age of 16. Angels and Demons. Eternal enemies. What happens when two of these creatures fall in love?

Alex and Gabriel lived normal lives, until the change. Alex and Gabriel are supposed to be immortal enemies. Alex is the daughter of the highest angel and Gabriel the son of the highest Demon. They are fully trained in the summer before their college year and are expected to be able to go to the warfront and fight along their comrades to prove themselves worthy to be next in line. They both go to the warfront, but instead of falling other people, they fall.. In love. Again. After a heart-breaking separation in the summer before their senior year, they cease all contact... Until that faithful day. As they go about their lives in fear that their love will be found, they discover secrets that threaten both their races' existence, and they need to bring their brethren together or none of them will survive.
