The summer has finally arrived and for Hailey and Carl, that means the freedom to cause a little chaos. However, they both have plans that the other isn't aware of. Hailey finally has her best friend back but she needs to make her best friend her boyfriend, naturally, she plans to play dirty, all's fair in love and war. Meanwhile, Carl has a series of halfbaked schemes to hook up with randoms or to make a quick buck. He's on a road to disaster. It wouldn't be southside if things weren't falling apart and it wouldn't be Hailey and Carl if there wasn't a trail of destruction in their wake.
