After the fight to stop Kuvira's advance, Korra and the rest of the team tried to fix some pending issues, such as the former monarchy of the earth kingdom and the reconstruction of Republic City. What no one expected was that a new threat would emerge from an ancient conflict to haunt not only the Avatar but also the entire world.

Keira, a firebender, was kicked out the fire nation for criminal and felony charges. She's not allowed to live in her nation, so they force her to move away and out of the fire nation. She makes her way to Republic City and reunites with an old friend. this is based off of season 3. I wrote season three in another tlok story but didnt like it, so, I started this one. based more in the 2000s I do not own Legends of Korra. I own my own characters.

I own Kyra and many of these characters but the main characters off of ATLA and TLOK are property of the people who made the shows. The Avatar Cycle has broken. The new avatar was never born. So the world is now in a panic. I, Kyra, have been awakened once more to help the Republic City. With the help of my grandchildren we will choose children from each element and teach them to work as a one. Will the children get along? Is an Avatar hidden among us? Will they be able to take down a new threat?

The Legend Reborn is a story I wrote in late 2014 about the Avatar after Korra. After the release of the Legend of Korra follow up comics I went back and added references to the events of the comics but didn't change my story. Following the 2021 announcement of Avatar Studios I decided to share my ideas since it's very possible Bryke could decide to continue the Avatar Cycle and render my story implausible. I hope they instead decide to go backwards (possibly a Kyoshi series) since there are also many other great fan projects that would be rendered implausible by a Korra sequel (notably The Legend of Genji, a project very different from my own but has my respect and admiration). But who am I to disagree with what Mike and Bryan do with their own fantastic universe. Hope you all enjoy the story. 😊 Disclaimer: I do not own or have any rights to Avatar: The Last Airbender, Legend of Korra, or any other content (present or future) from this universe.
