Hi guys so this story is my take on American slavery and the horror of it. It is about a young teenage girl and her sister trying to survive on their own in the life of being a slave. Have you ever dreamt of a world with no adults? admit it, you thought it would be great right? no-one to tell you what to do or tell you off, but for a young girl of the age of sixteen, this is her life. Its a place where kids rule, only its how they chose to survive that can get them through in the end. P.S. the book does get better when it goes further in so if you do read it keep reading for some more action.
