When eleven-year old Hansel and Gretel met a terrible accident along the road, they found themselves stumbling on the unusual sugar-coated doorstep of Mrs. Truffet's pastry-filled orphanage- making them instant orphans too.

Estranged at this quirky little home, the amiable siblings tried to fit in with the other children. But when they thought about how easy that could be, an appalling discovery toppled over their sanity, making them realize that there is something more peculiar around-- and it is more than just the edible walls and the enticing white-frosted furniture.

But can these two children outwit the same witch AGAIN, or should they say goodbye in the old hag's flaming cauldron now?

Handsome & Egret

6 parts Complete

Forests aren't the only places in which children can become lost... Handsome can taste luck on his tongue. His sister, Egret, can levitate. But these powers don't spare them from the difficult life they live in the middle of an urban slum known as the Maze. When the people who should care for them most abandon the siblings to a heartless man, they find themselves on the run through twisting streets that seem to have no end. Until one road does end... at a house that promises both safety... and something far more sinister. A magical realism retelling of Hansel and Gretel.
