In his youth, Thace was marooned on the blue planet of earth after a undercover assignment goes bad. Stuck on earth, he struggles between going back to the rebellion to serve and fight the war and staying on earth. But as time progresses, he learns the reality of war and loss.

They rarely spoke to each other and only knew things about each other that they told the whole team, Shiro, Pidge, Hunk, Coran and Allura. They were always off doing their own things and never did things together unless it was for a mission. On such a mission the team got split up.
