A couple of years after the battle of New York, Loki has, ultimately, by the Allfather's decision, been banished to earth. Tired, annoyed, and unwilling to be taken into custody again, the Avengers (with much of Thor's persistent persuasion) reluctantly decide to bring him on a recon mission with them to an old HYDRA base, where it was rumoured to hold many classified files and failed husks of experiments of theirs.
During the mission, however, they find signs of a life still holding on in one of the glass containments. The recon mission is turned into an extraction mission, and they soon find that the experiment isn't really an "experiment", per say.
It's a child.

When new intel comes through about a Hydra weapon, the avengers split into two teams, one checking out a new base, while the other scours an old one. It's no coincidence that the intel comes through, and they find files about experiments done to one person. 'winter 2.0' the team calls her, but to Bucky, the fear sinks in as memories resurface about one soldier in particular, Ace. Stronger, deadlier and she made the winter soldier in him afraid. The work together to find out all they can, not realising that they are being watched by the very soldier herself. After an attack on the compound, which leaves quite a few of the team shaken, one avengr in particular is intrigued by the univited guest now residing in the holding cells. Who is the masked assailant, and why is it, she listened to him? **** The soldier begins to remember her past, fighting against all the Hydra conditioning, to remember who she was. Why does one of the men stand out? Who is he, and why does she have an overwhelming need to protect him? She knows Hydra will stop at nothing to get their soldiers back, but will she submit to Hydra or fight for right to live free? Okay so imagine Black Widow had a daughter with Bruce Banner, then that daughter had a kid with Captain America. That child would be the basics of Sam. Sam is a HYDRA experiment with the training of black widow, super soldier serum of Captain America, and the already genetic material for transformation into their own version of the hulk. Sam was given to HYDRA after their birth, their parents had worked with them after all. At the age of 19 the asset known as 19-1-13 was found by SHIELD. As an emotionless shell with the mind of a soldier they learn emotions and learn to control their own generic material. How will Sam, the little boy that HYDRA raised, adapt and survive all alone as always after all he's been thru? -I dont own any Marvel official characters, I am not a huge Marvel fan so I will get things wrong but I don't care I do it my way.
