Steves recently discovered son Connor is now 21.
As he arrives to live at the flat above the shop he'll be living on his own for the first time.
He has a girlfriend, but is he with her for the right reasons?, he knows he isn't, he's with her because it's what's expected.
When she meets Steve and Nick, his dad and his step dad the homophobic woman is not impressed.
As expected a nasty break up ensues.

Blakes estranged sister finds him by a quirk of fate, after 15 years, with the news of their abusive fathers death and Blake is forced to confront and relive his past.
