Katsuki Bakugo is usually a crude, violent, arrogant, and aggressive person. But what Katsuki doesn't show to people is his soft side especially when he is around animals.

Katsuki works at a local pet shop as one day when a new shipment comes in, Bakugo finds a small guppy in a tiny dirty tank. Feeling sorry for the creature, Katsuki decides to take it home.

The guppy whom he names Deku isn't a normal guppy but, rather a very tiny merman. Deku falls for Katsuki to the point where he wishes to become human.

When Deku's wish is granted, will he be able to make Katsuki fall in love with him or is Deku doomed to return back to his merform living forever alone?
