Skylar Nicole Swan, ever heard of her? Probably not. Skylar is the half sister to Bella Swan. When their Dad (Charlie) and Bella's Mom Renee split up, Renee takes Skylar under her wing and adopts her, considering she's the daughter of Charlie and her former best friend Miranda Black (Billy Black's little sister). 14 years later, Bella and Skylar are 17 and live in Arizona with Renee and her new husband Phil. When Renee and Phil want to go on the road Bella calls Skylar as she is in San Francisco visiting old friends (the Halliwell's, as the four discover a Halliwell family secret) and both girls decides that it's time to go live with their father for a while. As Bella stays in Phoenix with their mother and Phil for her last week, Skylar stays and helps with the Halliwell's until it's time for her to go, but keeps in touch with them through the four girls mutual white-lighter (Leo Wyatt).
