(Contains some sexual content.) Rosalie Howards is a total party animal. She's known for being crazy, foolish and most importantly wild. She just loves to have a good time. She doesn't care for school and is constantly getting in trouble. So when she gets told by the school's Principal that she might not graduate with the rest of her class if she doesn't turn in her missing work, she doesn't fret. Instead thinks about the next party she'll go to. That all comes to an end when her parents give her an ultimatum "work to graduate with a private tutor or go live somewhere else after High school." With that said she gets assigned Nick Jamison;the smartest guy in school and candiate for Valedictorian. Nick doesn't think too highly of Rosalie Howards, the schools party animal. When he gets assigned to tutor her as extra credit he dreads it. If he accepts he'll get the extra points he needs to be Valedictorian, if he declines he'll be stuck with Salutorian and have to watch Kelly Steward;his ex, get the Valedictorian spot. When these polar opposites crash the last thing either expect is to fall in love.

Formerly called 'Withered' Highest Ranking as of 5/18/2018: #5 in Matureaudience; 12/7/2018: #3 in ied I gulped as his hand cupped my jaw, "Tell me River. Are you scared of me?" He asked and I looked up at his eyes. I didn't have to ponder over the matter long. "I don't know." I said softly. Daimen frowned and studied me for a while, "Just wondering, because you seem to love pissing me off. And most people don't. So I guess you need some figuring out to do." ********* Daimen and River were both seniors at the same high school, they took some of the same classes, walked the same halls, live in fair distance from each other, but they couldn't have been more different. When high school was over River and Daimen became ghosts to each other but then years later fate decides to bring them back together. River Sparrow hates confrontation. She's jumpy, but tries to see the bright side of situations. She's quiet, soft spoken, the "teacher's pet," and keeps to herself a lot. She's a volunteer at the local animal shelter and loves one dog in particular the most. Daimen Princeston would fight in a heartbeat. He's strong, intimidating, and pretty much has people running for the hills at the very aspect of him getting angry. His devil-may-care attitude swirls around him and no one wants to get on his bad side. Of course River is afraid of him, and she has a good right to be. But when River starts to learn more of the young man everyone fears she starts to see him in a new way. After some time feelings grow stronger and she hopes she's not fallen for a murderer. And if she has, who is she to deny him the love he so desperately needs?

***** Emma Pear knew she wasn't the most popular girl in high school. Her nose was usually buried in a textbook, and her grades were as spotless as her reputation for always following the rules. "Nerd" was a label she'd long since embraced. Her parents, determined to keep her on the straight and narrow, packed her schedule with violin lessons, shifts at the local animal shelter, and tutoring sessions for elementary school kids. Emma barely had time to breathe, let alone experience "normal" teenage rites of passage like parties, late-night hangouts, or even just goofing off with friends. So when the captain of the football team-the captain-unexpectedly asked her to the school dance, Emma saw a glimmer of a different life. She practically begged her parents, and to her shock, they actually said yes. She had no idea that one night, under the glittering lights of the gym, would rewrite her entire story. Blake Black was the kind of high school loner who radiated an almost magnetic quiet. Girls whispered about him in the halls, drawn to his mysterious aura and the fact that he rarely spoke to anyone. Most of his time was spent wrangling his hyper little brother, Alex. Their parents, a brain surgeon and a heart doctor, were perpetually busy, leaving little time for their growing boys. His parents made it clear attending the school dance wasn't optional. They just wanted him to "act like a normal high schooler" for a few hours. Blake's plan was simple: show his face, then ditch the minute he decently could. He brushed off a parade of hopeful girls, already counting down the minutes until he could escape. But then he saw what happened to Emma. And unlike everyone else, he couldn't just stand by and watch.

Stephanie Coleman's life is perfect, she's in the honor roll, has caring parents, and the two best friends she could ever ask for. She's cheerful and can light up the room the second she steps in, everybody loves her. Dylan Reed is your typical arrogant jerk in school. He treats every girl like a piece of shit and doesn't give a fuck about a girl's existence. He's popular in school and a kiss from him makes history. Steph hates this guy the minute she laid eyes on him, but mix these two together and you have one hectic friendship. And soon, Steph discovers that maybe Dylan isn't really what he appears to be, maybe behind that mask of anger hides a thousand stories that aren't meant to be told, even if it meant reliving the past. **WARNING: this story is very cliche as I am a sucker for those, so if you don't like cliches, you have been warned ;) and we were 13 years old when we made this so also be warned about the first few chapters for they are very crappy
