They say that the moon has Insecurities. That's why the moon symbolizes insecurity. Some people also say that the reason a bully picks on others is because they are insecure. 

Tove Blakely. A seventeen year old who has been bullied since the seventh grade. Why? Because she looked different. Because she never tried to fit in. Because she wasn't as wealthy as all the other people in the town of Belhaven. Tove thinks that maybe just maybe this year will be the same as all the rest. This is where she is severely wrong.
