An IT fanfiction/au that doesn't involve self inserts or fucking clowns. I mean, Pennywise is in it but no one fucks him. It has a cast of a few new kids, because it's basically because Pennywise doesn't come back to Derry. He comes back to Cyclone city, Indiana. Reason being, in certain areas of the country, he can come back to. He fears the kids from before, and he might just have those fears again. Or will he get the best of these kids?
