When Amber, a young mage, finds a mysterious person washed up on the beach one day, she finds that they have some kind of amnesia, only knowing their name and that they don't even look like themself anymore. After they both find themselves great partners and even friends, they decide to team up in a together as mercenaries, joining a small, seaside town guild on the outskirts of Alcorth.

However, the two find that they haven't simply involved themselves in mercenary work, they've become involved in something much bigger than themselves. The magical world they exist in lie in the hands of the two unlikeliest of heroes... and they better be the right duo for the job, or else!

Whether or not that is true, Aspen would give his life to get Phoenix back. There's guilt, undoubtedly, but also the fact that he has a huge crush on him. They have never even had the chance to kiss or confess their feelings, and that's just tragic. But hey, there's always a chance for a long-distance relationship. As you might imagine, the connection from one world to another isn't ideal. But if they can make it work, there's a chance to return Phoenix and the rest of the infected back to life.
