Translator summary (up until chap23) :

The MC is a cosmetics surgeon who possessed knowledge of TCM (traditional chinese medicine) due to being forced to learn it since young. He was reborn to another world with an ancient chinese world setting but the residents focused on magic power instead of wuxia cultivation.
The MC is someone without magical talent so the focus of the novel is beauty (plastic surgery) and medicine (TCM), not to mention MC got sass. Unlike other doctor-in-ancient-world novels, this novel is very casual/relaxed on the surgery part so almost nothing of the process was mentioned.
The story focused more about getting the story going rather than serious surgery process, names and tools.
