Being a vampire sucks. No not in the literal way that I suck blood, the way that college life was much more fun and than this. Then when you add along those hushed secrets that nobody is willing to tell me but would rather gossip about it. Last but not least add in these fun new powers that just keep popping up out of nowhere and are making me go insane (was i ever sane in the first place?). In conclusion being a vampire sucks. Its worst than being a human.

Have you ever had one of those terrible yet annoyingly pivotal moments? You know, that monumental fragment of time that flips everything you have ever known. That plot twist second that completely takes you by surprise. The one just before the storm hits and everything goes to hell. Yes? Because you see, that moment happens to be my whole damn life. It wasn't always like this though. I used to have a pretty mundane existence, happy to just get good grades and be around my friends. God I wish I could get that simplicity back, I'd never complain it was boring again. But I know I'm not going to ever get back my old life because well... I died. (Kinda) But I woke up. And I was thrilled, beyond grateful I wasn't dead. But then I realized that there was one minor detail that had changed about my reality. I was given the chance to live but it turns out I woke up as the villainess in an otome game my friend used to be obsessed with - Kingdom of freaking Hearts (I added the freaking in there for effect, it's just Kingdom of Hearts) Where, for the record, the villainess only has two possible endings 1) execution and 2) getting exiled. So Fate was like, "Don't worry, I'll save you. Here's a chance to live" and then was like "psyche, screw you. You're still going to die but I'll let you suffer a little first." So now, if only to annoy Fate by proving it wrong, I am determined to survive. I can and I will if I play by these simple rules: 1) Befriend Heroin 2) Avoid Aryn Edwards at All Costs as well as other capture targets And 3) Be the top student at the academy and become an invaluable asset to my Kingdom so I become indispensable, thus unkillable. I'm determined, stubborn, persistent and I will live passed 16. Fate made a big mistake setting me up to die. Since it threw this plot twist at me, I figure I'll return the favor. THIS BOOK WAS WRITTEN WHEN I WAS LIKE TEN. ITS VERY BAD LMAO Staffie and her dog Unicorn, a white great dane puppy, move to her uncle and aunt's mansion after her parents 'died'. her uncle and aunt have to go on a business trip, leaving Staffie and Unicorn in a house full of boys... vampire boys. they all look to be around the same age, but in reality are thousands of years apart. she falls in love with the eldest out of the six brothers; Tayson, or Tay for short. when some questions of her past pop up, she has figure out who or more like WHAT she is. when she discovers her true identity, things turn upside down in her life. even if that's possible. 'watch out humans, there's a Reaper in town. try not to die!' ---- prologue "Mitch we have to leave!" Annabelle yelped, holding a baby girl with black hair and blue eyes in her arms. "leave! go somewhere safe!" Mitch said, pulling a knife out of his leg. they were fleeing from the townspeople who had lit their house on fire screaming; "be gone evil demons!" all the couple wanted was to be able to live like normal humans, but atlass that was impossible. Reapers keep taking lives, and Humans continue feering them. and so, the couple grabbed their baby girl; Staffie. their hellhound; Unicorn and grabbed their death scythe's. -one year later- they arrived in a human city where some friends lived. I made my way to the kitchen as usual and opened the fridge and grabbed a drink. My mom was usually in here,preparing a snack for my brother and I but today she wasn't. To think of it,it was too quiet around here I then proceeded to go upstairs to my room as I know my brother has soccer practise and my dad is at work. I walked upstairs and passed my father's office and I heard some talking I then heard laughing,a woman laughing to be specific "Scott stop!" She laughed once again And i knew that,that was not my mother's voice. My heart broke when I realised my dad didn't actually love my mother. He was a cheater and after this i lost all respect for him. I stood outside the door for a good 10 minutes debating whether I should storm In there or just keep quiet about the whole thing. The laughing and talking went on and I decided it would be best if I walked away. Tears threatened to fall as I went to my bedroom. I actually looked up to my father. He was my superman. He got himself a good job,a beautiful wife,and started a beautiful family...only to find out it was all a lie. Is his wife even his wife? Are we even his children?
