"You've been a very bad girl, and you know what happens too bad little girls." Her foster father said expecting a answer.

But the little girl just stared at him with silent tears running down her innocent face.

"ANSWER ME!!" He commanded slipping his belt out of his pant loops.

"They get punished." The little girl says quietly...
