The monsters are free
Finally the game can end.
No more resets, no more war.
Everything is peaceful
Perhaps, for every monster overall it seems alright. In an individual, not so much.
Chara should feel happy. She's gotten her wish for the monsters to be free. Yet she finds herself stuck on tragedys that she hoped she'd forget forever.
Sans is having trouble getting used to things. He enjoys life up top but can't seem to get along with Gaster and with Papyrus gone so often, he feels lost and alone.
Perhaps everything isnt as perfect as the two had once thought it would be.
Perhaps there really is only one true ending that will lead to everyone truly feeling content.

"Do you think that even the worst of people can change? That even after what they do, anyone can be a good person?" Frisk thinks this is true, but not for her. After resetting after killing every monster in the underground by being taken over by Chara, she fears to get close to her once friends. After Chara threatens Frisk if she didn't kill one of her favorite monsters, Sans the Skeleton, she begins to distance herself from everyone; including herself. Edit: I own Fuse, but none of the other characters. Original Sans the Skeleton is owned by Toby Fox and any variation other than Fuse is not owned by me. After Frisk resets his genocide, everything seems to be fine; Sans even brought Asriel and Chara back to life to make sure their happy ending would never be taken away from them again... Chara then spends happy days on the surface with her family, but also with Sans - she has a crush on him since their childhood after all. But what will happen when an evil human pushes Chara to get LOVE once again, when her chance to be with Sans is in jeopardy ? Will she spiral out of control, the bloodthirsty monster that she was always afraid of becoming? ♡♤♡♤♡♤♡♤♡♤♡♤♡♤ This is a rewrite of my very first fanfiction on Wattpad : Yandere Chara. Undertale; Consequences of your actions.
Chara. The demon that comes when people call it's name. The title given to her by everyone that blamed her for the genocides. For what Frisk did just because they wanted to see what would happen. Because they refused to own up to their actions, and instead blamed the only person who could realistically be blamed. Chara. The human, who, despite her flaws, still tried to be a good person. She was forced into this endless cycle of murder and animosity against her will. She never wanted any part in this. Frisk, blaming Chara for their own atrocities, believes her to finally have given up. They think they are above consequences because its a game to them, that they will always win... Soon they will learn that they can't run away from them forever. Soon, the darkest pit of hell will open and swallow them whole. -All characters in this story are NOT mine except for one, she is my character. And she is not, I repeat, NOT a self insert. She is meant to be a dark mirror of Chara in a lot of ways, but similar to her in many more aspects. The others belong to Toby fox, the original owner of Undertale, as well as to Temmie Chang(hope I spelled it right.) This exists because I feel like too many people blamed Chara for our own actions. Because that was easier than to admit that genocide was a path that we chose of our own volition. This was especially true in the earlier years of the fandom, and is still true even today-to an extent. Due to that, and my combined love of the character, I just knew it was worth writing a happy ending for them, or in this story as I interpret Chara to be female. I know that they are in the cannon of Undertale, non-binary or genderless, but this a is fanfiction. I wrote the rules, I'm the "God" here. If you don't like that, then leave.
