Laine is an average-looking, average-intelligent, average-everything fangirl of BTS, her favorite kpop group. She lives in America in a cramped apartment with her nosy roommate, who won't stop being nosy about her business. After the two girls attend a BTS fansign, Laine gets something special in her notebook other than Kim Namjoon's signature. She starts to become closer with a worldwide star with millions of people all dreaming to be her, though Namjoon wishes that he could be out of the spotlight in this relationship between him and a mere fan. Throughout this story, the two--so far apart--and so very different--are drawn closer together by love, small talk, celebrity perks, and Namjoon's dark secret that will only be discovered sooner or later...
