So Sarah Williams is the Governor's sister she is also a famous makeup artist you know all the gore stuff you see in the movies and shows yeah that's what she does. She is also the type of girl who won't take crap from anyone not even her brother who is the governor . She follows her own orders. Not to mention she is a badass midget
