Byler Multi-Chapter fic
Mike had never thought a lot about his future; he was more of an in the moment kinda guy. But suddenly it was time for the party to separate, find their own places in the world and go to university. It seemed everyone had decided on what they wanted. Everyone except Mike.
Basically, Michael Wheeler struggles with the feeling of being left behind and figuring out what he wants to do with his life. He struggles even more with the sudden and crushing lack of William Byers in his life .
Warnings: Hinted depression but never confirmed, mentions of anxiety, possibly more in later chapters?

After a long and grueling friendship of secret one-sided love, William Byers is ready to give up on Mike as Mike finally begins to discover his true feelings. However, Will is soon taken into custody by his father, Lonnie, and is taken far away from Hawkins. Mike must come to terms with his own emotions and find his best friend.
