Y/n had never understood the world's obsession with romantic relationships, no matter how hard she tried. Lover after lover. Boy, girl, it didn't matter. It never clicked for her. To her, she was convinced that those feelings that you get for your "soulmate" for forever and ever was all a fabricated fairy tale made up a long time ago.
That's all it was to her, make believe. Ironically, make believe was something y/n was familiar with; she considered herself to be an example of it.
In short, she was a vampire. An angsty, insufferable, teenage vampire. But she wasn't the only beast on her high school campus. And soon enough, the beast in everybody was going to turn her world upside down.
