Although Derek thinks that his life is happier without Casey, he realizes how much she truly does mean to him without her in his life. The distance both Casey & Derek need that made them realize their true feelings toward one another, not just as step siblings but lovers. Lovers that couldn't hold back their sexual tension any longer.

Plot: Casey starts to like Derek and when they kiss Derek sees it too. What Casey doesn't know is that Derek has always liked her. Which is how they start dating. the family don't take to it very well and Well Casey and Derek are going to end up together. Lizzie and Edwin don't they just have a thing then realize it's wrong nd end up telling George and Nora about Dasey and the rents don't take it very well.
