Once in a million years only a few people born special. Special meaning they are born with a tattoo of a rose but that dose the mean it's just a normal tattoo its special because you can't get rid of it and that tattoo means your not only a human but much more. There is one last thing about this this mostly happens to guys but that doesn't mean it can't happen to girls but it has only happen once that it was a girl. When they are first born no one knows who or what that tattoo means the only people who knows are the parents of these few kids and the kids themselves.
