Third story to "His Harbinger," sequel to "Something to Protect." Everything makes much more sense if you at least read "His Harbinger" first. Vilkas x Dragonborn (established) Farkas x Lydia (also established and a bit background) Based on my play through of the Dragonborn DLC with my Dragonborn Krinna Dovh, a female Nord. Krinna has visions and premonitions so there are some things she just knows (continuing a headcannon established in the first two books). Mostly told from Vilkas's perspective, with occasional snippets from the Dragonborn's perspective. Also explores aspects of married life; Vilkas being hot-tempered, but sweet and loyal. Story is set after the Companions quest line, the civil war, and the main story line is complete (events of "His Harbinger") and after the Dawnguard DLC (events of "Something to Protect") Also not entirely cannon compliant. And of course this is a fanfiction, the only thing unique to me is my specific characterization of the Dragonborn, everything else belongs to Bethesda, including portions of the dialogue. And lastly, marked mature for some strongly suggestive occasions (I won't write the details, but they're married), and occasional vulgar language.

One second that is all it takes to know something is wrong. It is that one second that the heart stops beating and the mind goes into a state of panic! What happened, you might ask? Well how do I explain this? The best and simplest answer would be that I don't know what happened at all. All I was doing was studying for an exam and here I was in a forest on the next one! Of course I was familiar with the term of transmigration but did this make sense? NO! So what the hell is going on? Who am I? Where am I?! And to make matters worse, I just found myself in a damn world filled with monsters, beasts, magic and demons. This was not what I was expecting to happen at all! Vilkas x Dragonborn fan fiction Originally titled "You Don't Have to Save The World Alone, Harbinger," but that was long and a little ridiculous. My most recent Skyrim play-through, personal character idea (female nord Dragonborn) and a few head-cannons that went with it. Dragonborn knows she's the Dragonborn and many other things about Skyrim. Companions quest-line, civil war quest-line, and main story quest-line (consider this a spoiler warning!) Mostly from Vilkas's point of view and the Dragonborn's point of view. And of course as this is a fan-fiction, the only character that is mine is my specific version of the Dragonborn, everyone else belongs to Bethesda. A portion of the dialogue comes directly from the game as well. Also, no smut, but there will be some strongly suggestive occasions so I marked it "mature". Other tag suggestions would be appreciated.
