Yazi Howell grew up in a very religious family. She had to go to church, even when she was sick. She had to read her bible every day and pray every night. She was a perfect straight A student, and for twenty years, she lived how her mother wanted her to. She did everything right and stood "high and mighty" over other people, though her family didn't want her to know they had more money than they let on.

Fiona Lester was raised to not follow a specific religion, and choose what to believe in herself. She loves to party, and just got enough of a "good grade" to get into her college of choice. She drank, smoked, and loved to bring random girls back to her room. She was the definition of "bad news" but she truly was a sweet girl.

When they get roomed together, their two worlds collided, and it was a mess at first, but everything began to pull them closer together. They find out they share one heart, they had found their soulmates, but they soon found out that their parents were feuding as if they were Capulet and Montague.
