The protagonist (whom does not have a name, so you, the reader, can create it for yourself and the gender of your character) seems to be in the hands of the Boys in Blue and other law enforcement when a sociopath roams the city of Cincinnati. The protagonist doesn't trust the cops, so they only have "friends" to rely on. Along the journey to capture this maniac, problems come to play, making it hard to focus on the task at hand. This story is based on the elements of Man vs Self, and Man vs Man.
