The Dark Battlegrounds Arena, Remnant's number one fighting arena, is home to many the normal society would call "maniacs". However, The Dark Arena is seen as a home to many. Whereas society has casted them out, the Dark Arena welcomed them.

Jay Cruel, nicknamed "Zeus", is a rookie fighter in the Dark Arena where the fighters are given names of known Gods, such as Jay's name of "Zeus".

Cinder Fall is known as "Artemis, Goddess of the hunt." She was famous for her weaponry, hence the name "Artemis". She too is a rookie in the Dark Arena. However, she has a darker secret:
