It was a regular day in RiverDale just like any other. It's been 2 months since Jason's death and has been a few weeks since the discovery of his killer, his own father. The town of RiverDale, was once again, peaceful. That is, until the mysterious death of Penelope Blossom. Penelope was found in her house, hanging from the stairwell. Sheriff Keller ruled it off as a suicide, a way to get out of the world that took away her son, and her husband. People didn't pay any mind to it. Not until a black 67 impala rolled into town. The car consisting of two middle aged men. We would come to know the two men as Sam and Dean Winchester. Little did we know, that them coming into this town, would bring on a whole new world that we never knew was out there. A whole knew view of what really lurks in the shadows.

I know it has a lot of parts but they are actual chapters! Our story is about a town, a small town, and the people who live in the town. From a distance, it presents its self like so many other small towns all over the world... Safe. Decent. Innocent. Get closer, though, and you start seeing the shadows underneath. The name of our town is Riverdale. And our story begins, I guess, with what the Blossom twins did this summer. On the fourth of July, just after dawn, Jason and Cheryl Blossom drove out to Sweetwater River for an early morning boat ride. The next thing we know happened for sure is that Dilton Doiley, who was leading Riverdale's Boy scout Troop on a bird watching expedition, came upon Cheryl by the river's edge. Riverdale Police dragged Sweetwater River for Jason's body, but never found it. So a week later, the Blossom Family buried a empty casket and Jason's death was ruled an accident, as a story that Cheryl told made the rounds. That Cheryl dropped a glove in the water, and Jason reached down to get it, and accidentally tipped the boat, and panicked, and drowned. As for us, we were still talking about the "July fourth tragedy" on the last day of the summer vacation, when a new mystery rolled into town."Complete

After my escape, and yet another but brutal last year at the same high school, my school sent me their condolences and made sure to inform my future college of my past. Although Katie begins to notice supernatural and strange things about him, Ezra helps her through a difficult time after the accident, as she is still processing her brother's sudden death. Soon, they begin to piece together the details of Ezra's death and realize that there is something that they should be doing. There is a purpose to why they have crossed paths.
