Now was looks bad on a resume." Aiden's jaw clenched, and in that moment I would have been dead if looks could kill. I was pretty sure that if it'd been legal for him to hit a girl, he would have already been on the ice by now. But it wasn't, and I'd clearly just won. I felt quite satisfied with myself and decided it'd be fun to rub some salt in his freshly wounded ego.
