I know what you're thinking: "How To Win At Life" - that's grammatically incorrect. (Unless you're talking about the game of life. I always win that.) But don't worry, that was my first thought too when I picked it up in the shop. I had a negative view on the book that W.H.Smiths was advertising before I even opened it. The blurb didn't help: "This is all you need to win at life. Follow these simple rules and your life will never be the same again. Your essential guide to beauty, family, friends and boys." Here are my reasons for doubting the book: 1. Never trust a book with an incorrect title. 2. If there was a guidebook for life - I would know. 3. The generic "you" that is used must not include people who accidentally take their shirt off with their jumper in class. 4. They obviously haven't met me

Hi there. I'm Delanie. I used to be awkward. That is...until I reached High school....the world of guys, dates, prom, and mean girls. Then I just got awkward-er. But when I discovered the secret of 'How to be cool' and all that stereotypical crap, things may be starting to look up for me. That is...until I did the unthinkable. One simple word: Yes. I agreed to be the girlfriend of the HOTTEST guy in school. Wait, what? That's right. Harrison Crawford is apparently in love with...get this, ME. I'm a little dazed and confused until I discover the truth about TRUE love, and where to find it. If a guy can look past the make up and fake personalities, then know...he's a keeper...But maybe I saw that a little too late? Find out what happens in MY side of the story: The good, the bad...and the 'awkward'. Don't forget to vote and/or comment!
