If she's such a monster, then why do all of the princes in the continent suddenly request her hand in marriage? Why would they all want to pull her out of her familiar, isolated tower, just to entice her? Why did people like them suddenly start to care about Magmus's shameful Poison Apple Princess? Power. That's why. Power and . . . maybe love? Yeah right, the Poison Apple Princess won't be fooled so easily-- no matter how many arranged marriages she's placed in and no matter how "charming" these Princes may seem. She couldn't trust her Mother, her people, or even herself --so why should she trust them?
