Karasu has two clan names, Bara from her mother and Hatake from her father. Karasu's Mother died giving birth to her and she never knew her dad personally. She knew of him though. When she was only a week or so old everyone hated her and called her a monster. They were attacked by the Ten Tailed beast Hakai a week later, and they seal her inside of Karasu. She was then kicked out of the village when she was two.
