But that's not all, when she arrive to this world, some one say's she looks like somebody else, but who? and doe's this someone mean anything to her.

Her backstory is like this, Kaitlyn is a girl/Tomboy from our world who was in an earthquake accident and supposedly died, but in fact she got teleported to another world. She's finds out that there are other worlds out there and even though she feels home sick she keeps a brave face in the hopes of getting there some day, but despite her wanting to go home she always gets carried away and helps people she meets, and in the process, gains more friends than she ever did in her world.

Hope you have a better understanding now, the story will start with Izuku's point of view.
