Anna was only there to tutor Clyde. She just did it for her reputation with the principal and to possibly get her grade higher. Clyde only did it for the fun of seeing Anna, he liked to talk to her. Even though he never admitted it.
Anna didn't want anything to do with Clyde after she's finished tutoring him.
But Clyde wants to know more and more about Anna, even if it means to go to the Library every lunch period just to be tutored.
